Lauren Conrad Launches Kohl's Bedding Collection!

It's no surprise that after many (many!) successful clothing lines with Kohl's that Lauren Conrad has officially decided to start expanding her empire outside of fashion--into interior design! This morning, she announced on her blog that she JUST launched her first-ever bedding collection with the brand, which includes everything from sheets to duvets to decorative pillows. 

The former Hills girls said, "Bedding is new territory for me as a designer, and I am so pleased with how my first collection turned out. I love decorating my home, so this was a very natural next step. Like my clothing line with Kohl’s, the collection is classic and feminine. 

I looked to details like ruffles, bows, and floral prints to make this collection a reflection of my ladylike aesthetic. My hope was to take 'beauty rest' to a 
 whole new level." Heh, we love a good ol' play on words, LC.

The pieces in her collection (which are fully shoppable on Kohls.com right this second!) range from $24.99 to $299.99, and feature incredibly girly bedroom staples like a floral comforter (above), dainty patterned sheets, pillows adorned with giant bows, and a ruffle knit throw. Honestly, we kind of LOVE her whole line, especially because it reflects the same soft and feminine themes from her summer clothing collection.

MTV said "In fact, we could totally see her expanding her design knowledge into the kitchen, bathroom, and, well, EVERYWHERE, because dang, between the clothing, crafts series and bedding, we've got the next Martha Stewart on our hands"Do you agree.We think of what we've seen of the collection so far is great.
